1. Via bank transfer from your house bank. You can use the invoice sent by us to transfer the invoice amount from your house bank.

2. Via Paypal , a secure means of payment for years and you have all the security to process the purchase compared to the online shop.

3. About Paypal direct debit. You do not need a PayPal account for this!

4. Via paypal credit card. Here, too, you can conveniently pay the invoice amount with your credit card. Again, you need no Paypal account !

5. Via Paypal purchase on account. Again, you need no PayPal account. The invoice will be settled with Paypal itself.

6. About Credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: America Express, Maestro Card, Mastercard and Visa.

7. About EPS. A payment option for our animal friends in Austria.

If you like a decorative figure or decorative animal and want it exactly as shown, you can order it immediately in the shop. However, the hint. Delivery from today to tomorrow is not possible because we have to paint the sculpture first.

Please check the box from all sides upon delivery. If there is external damage, this must be noted on the shipping company’s delivery note. Otherwise sign the delivery note with reservations.

Yes, of course this is possible. After completion of your work of art, we will write to you that you can pick up the painting orders. You can arrange an appointment for pick-up with us in writing or by telephone.

Since the animal figures are always created according to the customer’s wishes, we always require payment in advance. We only paint the animals when the money has been credited to our account. We paint your idea on the corresponding sculpture and produce a one-off, so to speak

A very good color representation of RAL colors can be found on Wikipedia. If you tell us the RAL color for a painting order, we will put together the color and paint your work of art accordingly.

Yes, the sculptures are made of synthetic resin, polyresin or, in the case of life-size animals, a glass fiber mixture. Glass fiber mats are incorporated into the large animals. However, you should remove bird droppings from the figures at short notice.

No, all decorative animals and sculptures are decorative items and are not suitable for climbing.

Yes, they can be painted immediately. Tip on the side: Take a fine sandpaper (160 grit) and sand the top layer a little. This ensures that the acrylic paint immediately bonds better to the blank.

For the single-colored sheep, we work with high-quality paints from the Caparol company. These are applied up to three times. A very time-consuming matter. But the quality of our sheep proves us right. This is confirmed again and again by customers.

A clear coat should be used to make the sculpture or blank weatherproof. Whether matt or glossy is purely a matter of taste.

If you take good care of the products you buy here, then these animals and sculptures can last for many years with you without any damage. VBird remains must be removed immediately. You can do this with a soft cloth and detergent. Unfortunately, the animals are not protected from hailstorms. Therefore, if you know, appreciate the animals with a blanket.

In many of our products, the abbreviation GRP is mentioned as a material. In most cases, these are decorative animals that are marked and described as life-size. GRP means that glass fiber plastic is meant. For example, animals are reinforced with so-called glass fiber mats.
